Sick Pay Request Process for CA:
Please email your request to lampayroll@acarasolutions.com and include the completed template below. It helps if you title the email in the subject line Your Name – Lam – Sick Pay Request. For example, if you work and would like to use 4 hours of sick pay for today, you would enter:

Date Requesting Sick Pay | 5/10/2021 |
Hours Requested per Day | 4 hours |
Please note that sick pay is compensated in hourly increments. If you request 4.6 hours of sick pay, we will pay 4 hours, so please request sick pay in full hour increments.
